AP 553 - Bus Route Concerns
Background
Concerns are best dealt with by dealing with the person in the position closest to the concern. If satisfaction is not obtained, then the next person to contact is identified in the following procedure.
Procedures
If you have concerns with student transportation, you should:
1. First contact the bus driver;
2. If not satisfied, contact the principal;
3. If not satisfied, contact the Manager of Transportation Services;
4. If not satisfied, contact the Superintendent of Operational Services/COO;
5. If not satisfied, contact the Director of Education; and
6. If not satisfied, contact in writing, the Board of Education.
