AP 544 - Upright Lift Usage and Rental

Background

The up-right lift use within the schools of the Division is subject to specific criteria for usage to ensure safety and protection of assets.

Procedures

1.  The lift shall be booked by requisition using the FAME service request module.

2.  Whenever possible the lift will be delivered to the school requesting its use.

3.  The lift is only to be used by a trained and certified member of Division staff.

4.  At no time shall students use the lift.
