Track Season is right around the corner. If you are looking at running faster, jumping higher, and pushing yourself in all areas of fitness, you should come check out Fitness Club. We meet every Monday and Thursday right after school until about 4:00. You would be surprised what 20 minutes can do for your health and performance. See you on Monday!
