Tenders should be submitted based on an “hourly” basis. Please indicate hourly rate and estimated hours to complete the location. The contractor will indicate size and type of equipment as well as the ability to remove snow off site if required. This will be a 3 year contract for the winters of 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22. Please include all 3 years pricing with an optional 2 year extension 2022-23 and 2023-24.
For specific site descriptions and scope of work area please contact the school Principal or the Horizon School Division Facility Services staff. Snow falls 4” or greater will trigger the snow removal contract, less than 4” services will not be required.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest tender not necessarily accepted.
Tenders will be accepted via email, mail or hand delivered with “Horizon School Division Snow Removal Tender” written on the outside of the envelope. Tenders must be received before 2:00 pm on Oct 21, 2019.
