AP 450 - Organizational Structure
Background

Horizon School Division’s organizational structure details the administrative composition that has been established by the Director, in consultation with the Board of Education, to best achieve the goals, of Horizon School Divisions as outlined in the Division’s Strategic Plan.

Procedures

1.  The Director will establish the overall organizational structure for Horizon School Division within the approved system budget. Ongoing consultation with the Board of Education will be deemed necessary for transparency and accountability.

2.  The Director is responsible for the administrative function of the organizational structure within Horizon School Division.

3.  The Organizational Chart details the reporting structure for all employees within Horizon School Division.
