AP 428 - Professional Staff Employment Intentions
The Division recognizes that professional staff members may wish to change their job assignment.
This procedure only applies to professional staff members who are requesting a change to their current assignments. This form does not replace other forms or procedures pertaining to retirement, resignation, or requests for transfer.
1. Professional staff members who wish to express their desire to change their current assignment should complete the
AF 428 - Professional Staff Employment Intention Form
and submit it to their principal in a sealed envelope.
2. Principals are to collect all forms and forward them to the Superintendent of Human Resources by March 1 of the current school year.
